it is a modern and luxurious property located in rungkut district near indonesia surabaya and malang as well as the main restaurant. the location is good, to far to shopping centre.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was cool and incredibly beautiful. So glad we chose it, spent 2 great days here. The location was marvellous, in the center, in the nice area. Cafe Millbay Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise: D

The location is good to far to shopping centre. And it's nestled in a nice building just off nearby mall, airport, and restaurant. The breakfast is served in the restaurant!

Enjoyed every detail about our really really nice 1 night stay here. The rooms were new-fashioned and good-sized, with cable channels, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment, very comfy bed. Staff were amiable and excellent. The service was friendly and the pool was great. The hotel was in the middle of Surabaya. Also, the venue was situated close to Pasar Lkmk.

great amenities but lack of shower pressure

Room service was excellent, delivering food promptly without hassle. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom that featured a great shower and a fantastic city view from the window, providing an inviting ambiance.

The breakfast buffet offers an excellent selection, showcasing both local and Western dishes, which sets a great tone for each day. The staff's friendliness really stands out. They actively engaged with guests and were helpful throughout my stay.

The room was spacious and clean with a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious foods, excellent! I enjoyed the large bathroom with a great shower. The swimming pool looked great for relaxation. It was a pleasant experience 😊

I had a fantastic stay with an amazing pool area and a breakfast that really impressed me with its variety and quality! One downside was the room's size. it felt a bit sparse compared to the photos. Definitely would choose this spot again for my next trip!

Family with children experience

The pool area was a tremendous hit with my kids, they couldn't get enough of it! The kids zone provided a perfect place for them to play and let loose, while I enjoyed some much-needed downtime.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.

Novotel is a very modern hotel with comfortable rooms and helpful staff. The gym and pool area were nice, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast spread was one of the best, offering many vegetarian options. The location is close to a variety of weddings and yoga events.

But crikey! Accessing the street for those nearby restaurants seemed like a game of hopscotch on a rocky path. Plus, on a quiet night, I wondered if I was the only guest at the pool!
